Are dogs allowed at the fair?
No, dogs are not allowed at the College, with the exception of assistance dogs. Please do not leave your dog unattended in the car – there is no shade in the car park and the police will be called if it is reported as showing signs of distress.
Are mobility scooters available to hire?
Yes – Event Mobility will be providing electric scooters and manual wheelchairs for disabled, elderly and mobility impaired visitors at the show to hire. To reserve an electric scooter or manual wheelchair please book online at www.eventmobility.org.uk.
Please be aware that all mobility units must be booked in advance.
Is there a charge for parking?
No, parking is free for all visitors provided that you park in the College Car Park around the back of the College.
Is there disabled parking?
Yes, disabled parking is available near the showground entrance. This is a grass area, however hard standing drop off & pick up is possible if required – please ask for assistance on arrival.
Is there any seating at the fair?
There are benches dotted around and plenty of tables and chairs available in the food areas.
Can I leave the showground and come back in?
Yes, you can come and go as you please on the day of your visit, so long as you get your hand stamped on the way out.
What facilities / amenities are provided at the fair?
There are toilets including disabled at the College, they also have baby changing and a cash back service will be available at the Information desk.
To help you find your way around, a map will be printed on each of the What’s On board – these will have up-to-date locations for all the services.
Can I bring a picnic to eat at the fair?
Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your own picnic. There will also be a range of delicious food and drink on offer at the fair.

Parking
Disabled parking is available near the entrance to the College but is severely limited. There will be a drop off area for disabled visitors at the front for use when disabled spaces are full.
Mobility Scooter Hire
Electric scooters and manual wheelchairs are available to hire from Event Mobility, and must be booked in advance to guarantee availability.
